Yoga is a lifestyle.

Many of us approach yoga as if it is something to do a few times a week to help us feel physically or mentally fit.

However, there is much more that goes into living life like a true yogi.

When we treat yoga as a full lifestyle, we begin to implement the daily habits given to us by the sages that came before us, and thus we become more and more empowered in directing our life energy.

The key is to identify the best yogic habits for YOU, personally as an individual.

By doing so, you can easily achieve your career, academic, athletic, family, financial, artistic, and spiritual goals.

So how do you know which yogic habits to integrate into your life?

The key for me has been through mentorship and steadiness.

I owe everything to my mentors who encouraged and inspired me to walk my own path.

I teach an integrated whole-life yoga system, attending to the body, the mind, the emotions, the soul, and daily habits.

I call my service Kaisen Yoga.

Kaisen is derived from two Japanese words: kaizen and sensi

Kaizen means "continuous improvement" and sensi translates to "one who has gone before."

We need guidance from worthy role models who reveal to us a path to walk back home to ourselves as spirit-souls; and we need each other's support and accountability as we courageously journey.

I would be honored to guide you in all that I’ve learned in the past 12 years pursuing yoga, spirit, The Divine, and a life of goodness.

The Most Meaningful Connection

In this high anxiety and fast paced age we face many challenges in creating the life, relationships, and spiritual practices we desire.

Our ancestors from all around the globe created practices to support the child to uncover their inherent gifts. From vision quests to dream analysis to meditation practices and everything in between.

The old way of education was focused on supporting the individual child to know themselves and their natural gifts and their service within the community.

With the institutionalization of schooling our learning has become robotic, and impersonal. I feel purposeful living has been killed, instead we just followed the program our culture asked and expected of us.

This can be a grave realization, and let's remember it's never too late to uncover our gifts!

We have the power to live with purpose and the ability to protect what is sacred.

You are sacred.

Yes, you, as a one-in-a-kind individual spirit soul.

Yoga unlocks our potential.

It is our right to discover our truth and life mission.


Hi, I’m Nico Tuckfield

I have studied and taught yoga for over 5,000 hours while traveling throughout the USA, South America, and India.

In 2019, I graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.

The combination of engineering training and yogic expertise inspired me to teach yoga and meditation in a scientific, step-by-step, and personalized process.

My mission is to hold space for connection with our highest internal guidance.

The magic happens when the answers to the perplexities of life come from within our own hearts.
